1. How to enter: No purchase necessary. Starting January 1, 2008 09:00 (EST), enter online at www.snowtastic.ca, complete the contest entry form with all required information, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry. Limit one submitted entry per person per day. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your entries will be void.

2. Limitation of Liability: Neither Transcontinental Media Inc. nor McCain Foods (Canada), a division of McCain Foods Limited (hereinafter "McCain") (collectively, “Contest Sponsors”) will be responsible for the failure or malfunction of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment affecting participation in or any other aspect of this contest. All entries become the property of Transcontinental Media Inc., which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Transcontinental Media Inc. or McCain on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Transcontinental Media Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, tampered with in any way, mechanically reproduced, or made through any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry duplication method. Proof of sending entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these Contest Rules. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In no event will more than five (5) prize packages be awarded. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners of any or all Prizes than contemplated in the Contest Rules, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to conduct a random draw in accordance with the Contest Rules from among all remaining eligible entries to award the correct number of Prizes as set out herein. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules.

3. Contest Period: The contest begins Tuesday, January 1, 2008 and closes on Thursday, February 29, 2008. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (EST) February 28, 2008.

4. Prizes: (a) There will be five (5) grand prizes awarded. Each grand prize includes the following: * Round trip economy air transportation for two from the major airport in Canada nearest the winner’s home as determined by the Contest Sponsors; * Four (4) days, three (3) nights hotel accommodations for two at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise during “Spring Episode” from April 24th to April 28th, 2008 * $1 000 spending money * VIP Passes to Spring Episode, transportation to and from ski hill. Winner and traveling companion must be able to travel according to the itinerary determined by the Contest Sponsors to attend Spring Episode, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. (b) The approximate retail value of each grand prize package: $8000 (Eight Thousand) CDN Dollars. Actual value of prize package depends on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. No change in travel arrangements may be made by the winner once the booking has been confirmed. Any taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release the Contest Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to participation in this promotion, the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel related thereto. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value at any time during the promotion. (c) The grand prize winners and the companions shall be solely responsible for all expenses not explicitly included in the grand prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from the originating airport, fuel surcharges, transfers, airport improvement fees, travel, medical and cancellation insurance, travel documentation, meals, beverages, taxes, gratuities, room service, telephone calls, in-room charges, merchandise, personal expenses of any kind or nature. (d) The grand prize winners and the companions must comply with the Contest Rules and sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Release (the "Release") as described in Section 10 of the Contest Rules. (e) The Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events for any reason whatsoever. Transportation and accommodations are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. The grand prize may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage or other loyalty reward program.

5. Selection Process: On March 3, 2008, five (5) Winners will be selected by random draw by the handling house at 25 Sheppard Ave West in Toronto, Ontario from among all on-line eligible entries received by the contest closing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer a time mathematical skill-testing question and winners will be required to sign a standard declaration of compliance and publicity/liability release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded, consenting to the use of their name and photo in any contest-related publicity, and releasing the Contest Sponsors from liability. The winners' travel companions will also be required to execute and return a publicity/liability release prior to travel. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, or the required declarations and releases are not received within the prescribed period, or if a potential winner does not comply with these Contest Rules or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Subject to applicable law, the decisions of the Contest Sponsors shall be final in all matters relating to this contest.

6. Contacting the winners: Selected entrant will be contacted by mail, phone, or email. In the event that the potential winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsors within seven (7) business days following the draw, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question within the time limit or does not sign and return the release forms within seven (7) business days of notification, the Contest Sponsors shall have the right to disqualify that potential winner and to draw an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible entries received and the Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely release and discharged from and liability or responsibility in this regard.

7. Eligibility: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of Transcontinental Media, McCain, or their advertising and promotional agencies. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, "immediate family" shall mean the husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household. All entries become the property of Transcontinental Media and McCain.

8. Additional conditions: By entering this contest, entrants hereby grant permission for the Contest Sponsors to contact them with respect to their entry form and comments. Entrants further agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which are final. Prizes will be awarded and delivered to the confirmed winners by the handling house.

9. Privacy/Use of Personal Information: By participating in the Contest, each entrant: (a) grants to the Contest Sponsors the right to use his/her personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest; (b) grants to the Contest Sponsors the right to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements about the Contest and/or Contest Sponsors, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (c) grants to the Sponsors the right to use his/her name and/or his/her city and province of residence in connection with the Contest Website, other related websites and/or in any other media now known or hereafter devised. Personal information will not be provided to any third party other than as provided for in these Contest Rules. Contest Sponsors and any third party agents of the Contest Sponsors will use personal information only for purposes related to this Contest and will be required to protect all personal information in a manner that is consistent with applicable law.

10. Indemnity: The contest winners and their companions will be required to execute a Release that confirms winners' and companions': (i) eligibility for the Contest and compliance with the Contest Rules; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (iii) release of each of the Contest Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, representatives, insurers, shareholders, independent contractors, suppliers, sponsors, distributors, retailers and administrators (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom.

11. Transcontinental reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest without advance notice, subject to having obtained any required approval from Quebec’s Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

12. Winners' names: The name of the Contest Winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 25 Sheppard Ave West, Suite 100, Toronto, ON, M2N 6S7, and will be posted online at www.snowtastic.ca.

13. Law: These are the official Contest Rules. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial or municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Contest Sponsors. The Contest Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Contest Sponsors in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Contest Rules, the English language version shall prevail, govern and control.

14. Indemnification: By entering the Contest, each entrant releases and holds Releasees harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant, Releasees or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, any breach of these Contest Rules, or in any prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

15. Quebec: For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (“Régie”) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.
