1. No Purchase Necessary. To enter, register at www.mochasofa.com/mrsdash, with all required information, read the official contest rules, confirm that you have read and agree to the contest rules and regulations on the registration page and click on the Register button to submit your entry. Contest ends at 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday, April 18, 2008 --You can enter the contest online only. Using your login and password you may enter once per day for the duration of the contest. You will receive one bonus entry for each friend whom you refer and who enters the contest (up to a maximum of 10 bonus entries). Although an email address is required to participate in the contest, no purchase of any kind is necessary. Limit of one entry per person per day. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your entries will be void.

All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, tampered with in any way, mechanically reproduced, or made through any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry duplication method. Proof of sending entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these contest rules. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules.

A random draw will be conducted by an independent judge from all {eligible} entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date of Friday, April 18, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. ET - at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, April 25, 2008, at 25 Sheppard Ave. West in Toronto, Ontario. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone, e-mail or postal mail. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first have correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance and sign a standard declaration of compliance and publicity/liability release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded, consenting to the use of his/her name and photo in any contest-related publicity, and releasing the Contest Sponsors from liability in connection with the acceptance and/or use of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or photographs, without compensation, for advertising or publicity purposes in connection with the contest. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted during business hours after three attempts within 7 days of the draw date, or does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or the required declaration and release is not received within the prescribed period, or if a potential winner does not comply with the contest rules or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected and the process repeated. The decisions of the independent contest judge shall be final in all matters relating to this contest.

The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are residing in Canada and who have reached the age of majority according to the law of the province in which they reside at time of entry, except employees of Transcontinental Media Inc., Alberto, their affiliated companies, their representatives and agents, their advertising and promotional agencies, the contest judge, and all persons domiciled with any of the above.

6. The odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec, to terminate this contest or to amend the contest rules at any time without notice.

By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to the potential use of his/her name, address, image in connection with any publicity relating to this contest. 8. For Quebec Residents Only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
